TO at GreenScale, where he leads the strategy and delivery of scalable, energy-efficient data centre infrastructure. He has previously been senior advisor at DTCP and senior director M&A strategy at Microsoft, including OpenAI. He also spent ten years with Amazon Web Services, where he led global infrastructure planning and delivery across hyperscale cloud, edge, and public sector platforms.

Mr. Berche holds a Master’s degree in International Negotiation (D.E.S.S.) from Université Polytechnique Hauts-de-France and studied International Business at Weller International Business School.
