s. Høydal brings experience from management consulting at Arkwright, advising private equity firms and large industrial clients across domestic and international markets. Her work focused on strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, and post-acquisition value creation, primarily within the infrastructure and energy sectors, serving as both an analyst and project manager. During her studies, she also completed internships at Clarksons Platou and Start-Up Lab in London.
Ms. Høydal holds an MSc in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU and spent one of her educational years at Universitat Politècnica de València.
