Data Center Operations
Storespeed AS: Norwegian colocation data centre operator based in Halden, representing the Group’s current data center operations. Storespeed serves both as an operating business and a platform for growth, customer dialogue and technical competence supporting the Group’s project development.

Data Center Projects
Norway: Five projects totalling 345 MW across power zones NO1–NO3, being developed with local partners. Competitive power prices, established grid infrastructure, and access to renewable energy.
Finland: Hämeenlinna Scale DC Oy is developing a planned 120 MW AI-ready data center project in the Helsinki–Tampere area. The site is zoned for data center use, has an approved building permit, a long-term ground lease with the City of Hämeenlinna, and a grid connection LOI with Elenia Oy.
Sweden: Project in SE4 with planned capacity 60 MW. Operations carried out through Magnora Data Center AB (67% owned), led by Peter Nygren, founder and former CEO of Arise Windpower.
Italy: Two planned 30 MW projects and one smaller project, all with land purchase options, outside Milan.
