Helios Magnora Sol AS is dedicated to developing large-scale solar farms across Norway. The company is owned by Magnora ASA (60%) and Helios Nordic Energy (40%).

The company collaborates closely with landowners, municipalities, local stakeholders, and grid operators to advance solar projects from site identification to construction-ready status.

Helios Magnora Sol’s project portfolio comprised approximately 2,000 MW per year end 2025.

Helios Nordic Energy AB, a Swedish company owned by Vinci Concessions, develops ground-mounted solar parks and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Sweden, Finland and the Baltic region.
