The partnership with Magnora has worked excellently for us. We have had the pleasure of having the CEO of Magnora, Mr Erik Sneve, as representative in our very active Board of Directors. In addition, we have found the rest of the team in Magnora as very collaborative and supportive for our business.

The investment by Magnora into AGV and the close collaboration with their team, have been instrumental to AGV's rapid growth in the South African market. More than being a credible investor, Magnora has supported AGV with a knowledgeable team with experience from various fields of the energy sector.

Since 2020 Magnora ASA has been a partner in Kustvind, bringing lots of professional competence and economic muscles to the project. Magnora has been very easy to work with as a partner; pragmatic and agile, and with a very good understanding of the dynamics and challenges involved in a project of this kind.

Magnora brought us the culture of constantly driving for better results and systematically building our business, pushing our board and organization to excel. Their continuous focus on sales and marketing complementing our R&D activities was super relevant when we entered into the dialogue with First Solar who subsequently acquired Evolar. In this connection Magnora also provided valuable transaction support.
